Refund and Exchange Policy.
Return & Exchange Guidelines:
All Yours accepts returns and exchanges under the following conditions only:

Damaged Items: If you recieve a damaged item, contact us at services.allyours@gmail.com or 8369842277 within 24 hours of receiving your order. Requests for returns or exchanges must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Item Mismatch: If you receive an incorrect quantity or product, we will replace the item or provide a refund, based on stock availability.

Transit Damage: If items are damaged during shipping, we will replace them (if stock permits) based on the photos provided by the customer. Our team’s decision on such matters will be final.

Cancellations After Shipping (Paid Orders): If you cancel or reject a prepaid order after it has been shipped, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Non-COD Locations: If your pin code is not eligible for COD, full payment must be made online before dispatch.

Incomplete Contact Information: If the contact details provided are incomplete, or the customer does not respond to our team’s confirmation call, the order will be placed on hold until further clarification.
- Courier Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services due to unavoidable circumstances. However, our support team will assist in resolving the issue.

Overpayment in COD Orders: Customers are advised to verify the COD amount on the bill before payment. We are not responsible for any overpayment to the courier.

Failed Delivery Attempts: Courier services make up to three delivery attempts. If the customer fails to receive the package, it will be returned to us. In such cases, shipping charges will be deducted from refunds for prepaid orders.

Unattended Deliveries: If the customer is unavailable (e.g., out of town) and the package is not received, the shipping cost will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded for prepaid orders.
