How will my points work?
When you make a purchase on our website, 10% of the Net Order Value will be credited to your points. You can redeem these points on your next order or any future purchases.
What is Net Order Value?
Net Order Value refers to the amount remaining after deducting any applied coupons. For example, if your cart total is ₹100 and you use the FLAT20 discount code, the Net Order Value becomes ₹80, and 10% of this amount will be added to your points. Similarly, if you choose local pickup and receive an additional 10% discount, the Net Order Value reduces to ₹70. In this case, 10% of ₹70 will be credited to your points.
Do these points have an expiry?
Yes, these points will expire 180 days (i.e., 6 months) from the date of credit. We have intentionally set a long validity period because we value our customers and their purchases. This ensures they have ample time to redeem their points and make repeat purchases without worrying about expiration.
