Are my payment details secure?
Absolutely! We use secure payment gateways and encrypt all transactions to ensure your financial data remains safe.
Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available for select locations. Additional charges may apply.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can modify or cancel it by contacting us at customer support email or number. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, UPI, net banking, and cash on delivery (COD) in select locations.
How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through this website. Simply browse products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can also order via WhatsApp by sending us a message. Just add your product to your cart and our executives will get back on it.

Is your products safe for all plants?
Yes! Our organic compost is suitable for vegetables, fruits, flowers, lawns, potted plants, and even large-scale farming. Kindly refer to dosage details given on the product page or product packet.
How can I check if a product is in stock?
Product availability is shown on the product page. If an item is out of stock, you can whatsapp us your requirement and we will try to arrange it as soon as possible.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically delivered within 3-4 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and any external delays.
Do you offer interstate shipping?
We currently deliver within Mumbai and surrounding regions. Please enter your pincode to check availability. If you need delivery to a specific location outside our service area, feel free to contact our team—we'll be happy to check the possibility for you.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can also check your order there or you can contact us on Whatsapp directly !
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. It will be credited to your original payment method.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If the return is due to a defect or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping charges apply.
Can I return a product if it is damaged or defective?
Yes! If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours alongwith photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
